Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and VibeCV for using vibecv.com. Last updated 18 October 2026. Your first resume is free. Pro is $9.99 (US dollars) for 30 days, paid once, no auto-renewal: unlimited resumes, no VibeCV branding on exports, and no daily message limit. Questions and refund requests go to support@vibecv.com.
The service
VibeCV is a website where you describe your experience in a chat. It writes a resume and typesets it, and you download a PDF or a Word file. On the free plan the exported files show small VibeCV branding, you keep one resume, and messages have a daily limit. Pro is $9.99 for 30 days, paid once, no auto-renewal: unlimited resumes, no VibeCV branding on exports, and no daily message limit. It lasts 30 days from the day it starts.
Accounts
You sign in with your email address, and you are responsible for what happens under that account. From the avatar menu you can export your data or delete the account. What deletion removes is described in the privacy policy.
AI output
A model writes the resume. It can be wrong, leave something out, or be a poor fit for a job. You read it before you send it to an employer or a school. VibeCV does not promise that the text is accurate, or that you will get an interview or a job. Don't put ID numbers, patient names, hospital record numbers, or similar sensitive details in the chat.
Payments and refunds
Prices on the English site are in US dollars. A US-dollar purchase is sold by a merchant of record: that seller charges you, handles applicable tax, and processes the refund. VibeCV does not take your card number. Pro is one payment of $9.99 for 30 days. It does not renew, and you are not charged again when it ends. Paying in dollars is not open yet. When it is, write to support@vibecv.com to ask for a refund, and the merchant of record handles it.
Acceptable use
Use VibeCV for a resume you have the right to write. Don't use it to break the law, don't upload someone else's personal information unless you have the right to, don't try to disrupt the service or get around its limits, and don't resell access.
Ending an account
You can stop using VibeCV at any time, and you can delete your account. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or that we need to close to keep the service safe. If we close a paid account for our own reasons, and not because you broke these terms, write to support@vibecv.com and we will help with a refund of the unused time.
Liability
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for what you or anyone else decides based on a resume the assistant wrote, or for lost income or other indirect losses. If we are liable for a claim about the service, the most we owe is what you paid for Pro in the 30 days before the claim. If you paid nothing, that amount is zero.
Changes
We can update these terms. The date at the top is the latest version. A change you would notice is also listed on the changelog. If you keep using VibeCV after an update, the new terms apply.
